Neal serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Ghetto Film School. He has formed a decade-long relationship between the organization and Wieden+Kennedy, a global creative agency he leads as chief operating officer.

In his role at W+K, Neal oversees the independent creative agency's eight offices globally. He and his partner, CCO Karl Lieberman, also remain leaders of Wieden's New York office, with direct oversight of 13+ brands and more than 350 employees on the east coast. Under their leadership, the New York office has had four consecutive years of its best revenue growth since the office opened in 1995, consistently recognized as one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative,” and both Adweek and Ad Age’s Agency of the Year.

During his 20+ year career, Neal has expanded Wieden’s portfolio of clients to include a broad and diverse roster of iconic brands, including ESPN, Bud Light, Delta, Sprite, Jordan, OKCupid, McDonald’s, Ford and others.
